Job Title: Youth Soccer Coach

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Youth Soccer Coach to join our team at Kickstart Toddler Soccer. As a Youth Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for leading toddler soccer classes, developing young athletes, and creating a fun and engaging environment for children aged 18 months to 7 years old.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead toddler soccer classes, promoting physical development and teamwork skills
  • Develop lesson plans and curriculum materials to ensure a engaging and challenging experience for young athletes
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and directors to ensure a smooth operation of the program


Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a sports or educational setting
  • Ability to create a positive and supportive environment for young athletes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Salary: $25 - $30 per hour (estimated)

Location: Multiple locations in Troy, Fraser, Shelby, Livonia, Washington, Oxford, and Flint. May require travel between locations.
