Transportation Specialist

This role requires a high level of safety awareness and adherence to strict protocols to ensure the safe transportation of refined fuels and oils.

• Conduct thorough pre and post-trip inspections of trucks and trailers to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Operate tanker trucks safely and efficiently, navigating various road conditions and terrain.
• Properly load and unload trucks, handling hoses and other equipment with care.
• Accurately complete driver logs, pre and post-trip forms, and other paperwork as required.
• Courteously interact with managers, dispatchers, fellow employees, and customers.

• Class A CDL with hazmat endorsements.
• Current DOT medical card.
• 1 year full-time verifiable tractor-trailer tanker experience.
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years; no felonies in the last 5 years; no DUIs in the last 5 years.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to drive truck off-road and on roads with steep inclines.
• Ability to properly install tire chains in snowy, icy, and muddy conditions.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to pass an in-truck driving test.

• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability and willingness to work long hours, including day and night shifts.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and walk on top of truck tanks.
• Ability to stand and/or sit for prolonged periods.

Ability to lift 50 to 100 lbs.
