Grill Cook

As a Grill Cook with Compass Group Careers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve food at the grill station, ensuring high-quality dishes that meet our standards.

• Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation, completing orders from steam tables and serving customers at multiple stations.
• Serve customers in an efficient, friendly manner, following established steps of service and meeting outlined standards.
• Use established ticket-collection procedures during service, responsible for records from the area worked during service periods.
• Prepare food using approved recipes and production standards, ensuring proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator, adhering to established safety standards.
• Store foods in designated areas, following standard wrapping, dating, and food safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met.
• Resolve customer concerns and report relevant information and concerns to the supervisor.
