The Outpatient Rehabilitation Therapist at Aiken Regional Medical Centers will deliver proficient physical therapy services within an outpatient environment. This role encompasses patient assessment, development of treatment plans, execution of therapy, delegation of tasks, family education, and planning for patient discharge, all in alignment with the facility's policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct evaluations and create tailored treatment plans for patients, primarily focusing on post-operative orthopedic cases, balance and gait issues, and rehabilitation following cerebrovascular accidents.
- Adhere to established treatment protocols, documentation requirements, and productivity benchmarks while maintaining a valid South Carolina physical therapy license.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and foster positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Commit to clinical excellence and continuous professional development.

Qualifications- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate).
- Preferred experience of at least one year in an outpatient setting, though not mandatory.
- Current South Carolina license and BLS certification.
