Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Early Childhood Associate Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children, families, and our experienced staff to provide high-quality ABA services.

Responsibilities
  • Implement ABA treatment plans, focusing on communication, social skills, and self-help skills.
  • Collaborate with families and our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide support and guidance to children, promoting their independence and self-confidence.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records of treatment plans and outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in ABA.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, or Special Education).
  • Associate's degree in a related field with over 300 hours of experience working with children.
  • High School diploma with at least 600 hours of relevant experience (additional availability restrictions apply).
  • Valid Driver's License and Personal Vehicle for travel between client homes.
  • Ability to sit on the floor, stand up, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
