Dishroom Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Jim 'N Nick's BBQ. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dishroom.
Responsibilities:
- Clean, sanitize, and dry all china, glassware, silverware, and other equipment returned to the dish hall station by servers, bartenders, and server assistants or from other associates.
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly stored and maintained to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
