Position Summary:

The Bilingual Recruiter plays a crucial role in achieving our hiring objectives by identifying and securing skilled candidates for various positions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize diverse sourcing strategies to create a strong pipeline of candidates.

  • Oversee the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms of employment.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in recruitment.
  • Proactive, with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to make independent decisions effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of various interviewing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
  • Experience with multiple sourcing channels.
