Position Summary:
The Bilingual Recruiter plays a crucial role in achieving our hiring objectives by identifying and securing skilled candidates for various positions. This role encompasses the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and negotiating offers, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize diverse sourcing strategies to create a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Evaluate resumes and applications, conducting initial phone interviews to assess qualifications.
- Craft engaging job postings and define role requirements.
- Oversee the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms of employment.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

- Focus on attracting and retaining high-quality talent to minimize turnover.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in recruitment.
- Proactive, with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exhibit a sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Knowledge of various interviewing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
- Experience with multiple sourcing channels.
