We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Lead to join our team at Tokyo Joes. As a key member of our Back of House Operations, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team in food preparation and production, ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen team in food preparation and production, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen procedures, ensuring efficient food preparation and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve exceptional food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment, fostering teamwork and open communication.
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, ensuring dishes meet Tokyo Joes' high standards.
