- Triage calls and voicemails.
- Prioritize authorization medications.

- Document patient information in our electronic medical record system.
- Administer injections and vaccinations.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Perform point-of-care testing, such as rapid strep and flu swab, urinalysis, and pregnancy testing.
