Job Summary:

This is a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Oxnard, California. The successful candidate will work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts, and will be responsible for monitoring patients, assisting with deliveries, and providing postpartum care.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor patients during labor and childbirth, providing emotional support and medical care as needed
  • Assist with deliveries, including cesarean sections and vaginal births
  • Provide postpartum care, including breastfeeding support and wound care
  • Collaborate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in the state of California
  • Experience working in Labor and Delivery, preferably in a travel nursing setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
