Enterprise Architect

At International SOS, we are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Architect to drive the architecture and execution of technology strategy for our Workforce Resilience Product. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Directors, Product Managers, technology teams, and delivery teams to maintain architecture standards and current/future state architecture view of digital products.

About the Role:

• Architecture and Leadership: Provide architectural oversight and guidance for the design and implementation of complex digital solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and industry best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development, data science, and product management to deliver integrated digital solutions that meet business needs.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities associated with digital solutions, implementing proactive measures to mitigate security, privacy, compliance, and regulatory concerns.
• Digital Technology Strategy: Participate in building the digital technology strategy with Digital CTO, H3S CPO, Director, Products, H3S Head of Engineering, and other architects.

• $140,000 - $180,000 per year salary range, depending on experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 7 years in solution architecture, with a focus on data management, data analytics, and enterprise-scale applications involving large-scale data systems.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
• Expertise in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), microservices architecture, APIs, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of enterprise data management frameworks, data warehousing strategies, and data analytics systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• English language proficiency at a very high standard, both written and spoken.
