Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional/Caregiver to join our team. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a comfortable home setting.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as shopping, leisure activities, and social events.
  • Use your mentoring and coaching skills to teach individuals self-reliance and independence.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
