We are in search of a Facilities Maintenance Specialist who will be tasked with executing work orders and fulfilling various maintenance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute maintenance and repair tasks promptly
  • Assess the time and scope of repairs needed
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance activities
  • Manage inventory of materials and supplies
  • Supervise external contractors' work when required

Required Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and HVAC
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred, but not mandatory
  • Prior experience in maintenance or related fields
  • Proficiency with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Capacity to manage physical workload
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on deadlines
