About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer III to join our team at Walmart Global Tech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, cloud-native software applications that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software applications using React Native, Angular, and other technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive resolution
  • Lead the development of mobile applications with React Native and guide the team
  • Support business objectives by partnering with business partners to identify opportunities and drive resolution
  • Identify short- and long-term solutions and lead cross-functional partnerships
Requirements
  • Proficient in React Native App Development, including experience with HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, Jest, Redux, NodeJS, JSON, Swift/Objective-C, Kotlin/Java, Android Studio, and XCode
  • Proficient understanding of mobile development lifecycle
  • Proficient with designing, building, and consuming APIs
  • Proficient with event-driven architecture
  • Experience with Cloud Technologies like Azure and GCP
  • Extensive knowledge of open-source libraries, design patterns, and micro-service architecture
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and unit testing
  • Experience in production system operations (logging, telemetry, alerting, etc.)
What We Offer

At Walmart, we offer a competitive salary range of $90,000.00-$180,000.00, plus additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance bonuses. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance. Paid time off benefits include PTO (including sick leave), parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting. Other benefits include short-term and long-term disability, company discounts, Military Leave Pay, adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, and more.
