About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Cedars Healthcare Center in Lakewood, CO. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily living activities and services to residents in alignment with their individual service plans
  • Respond to patient call lights with a compassionate and helpful approach
  • Ensure residents receive an appropriate diet by understanding their preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions
  • Record vital signs as requested by staff
  • Promptly notify the nurse in charge of any changes in resident conditions
Qualifications
  • Current CNA certificate in the state of CO
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for our residents
  • Ability to work effectively both as a team and independently
  • Genuine love for seniors
