About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Home Health team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from illness, injury, or surgery, and regain their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders in the comfort of their own homes.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on effective communication strategies and techniques.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current certification in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of six months experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a home health setting.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
