CDL Truck Driver Van OTR Fleet Position

As a CDL truck driver in our over the road Van Fleet, you'll have the opportunity to haul largely no-touch freight across 48 states and Canada. This role offers a dynamic pay plan that rewards truck drivers for their time and performance. You'll also have the chance to see many different shippers and locations as you travel across the nation.

Our Van Primary Commercial Zone Map is available for reference. In addition to your base pay, you can earn extra income by becoming a Driver Trainer or referring other drivers to Roehl. We also offer a range of services that many other companies overlook, providing you with more opportunities to increase your earnings.

Roehl has a network of locations, including major terminals, drop yards, and offices, across the country. These locations provide a range of benefits and services to our drivers, including access to maintenance facilities, fueling stations, and other amenities.

Some of the locations you may visit as a CDL truck driver in our Van Fleet include East St. Louis, Westfield, Deforest, and Marshfield. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a range of different shippers and carriers, gaining valuable experience and skills in the process.
