Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Ascension Living. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with basic patient care activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with procedures ordered by physicians and supervised by Registered Nurses (RNs).
  • Assist patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living, and transfers/transport.
  • Report findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
  • Assist with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly and assure resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiating corrective action as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
