You will have the chance to work with some of the best-known brands in agriculture, providing crop protection and application services to Eastern Colorado and Southwestern Nebraska.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a Laborer will include:
- Carrying out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently under general supervision.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of commodities handled at the location and complying with company policy and government regulations.
- Working with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Loading and unloading agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks using heavy or light-duty machinery/equipment.
- Conducting and properly recording daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks.
- Maintaining quality of inventory and delivering products to customer sites.
- Keeping all work areas clean, orderly, and safe, and performing regular housekeeping duties.
- Performing grounds maintenance, including snow removal, and warehouse work.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ year of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
- Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobiles.
- High School diploma or GED preferred, with Agriculture experience a plus.

- A base wage of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
