We're seeking a skilled Emergency Department RN for a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Camp Hill, PA. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recent acute care experience and be able to work 12-hour night shifts.

As an ER Travel Nurse, you'll work with a diverse team to evaluate, triage, and implement care using correct procedures and physician instructions. You'll perform minor medical operations, advise patients and family on illnesses or injuries, and plan long-term care needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing basic bedside care
  • Cleaning and bandaging wounds
  • Providing IV therapy
  • Maintaining supplies and medical equipment
  • Reporting suspected abuse to appropriate agencies

ER Travel Nurses should be able to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty, and lift up to 50 pounds. Good stress-coping skills and the ability to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds are essential.

Requirements:

  • ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
  • 2 years of recent acute care experience
