Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proctoring Specialist to join our team at Johnson County Community College. As a Proctoring Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and secure testing experience for students with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proctor exams for students who require testing accommodations, maintaining a secure and accessible environment.
  • Report any irregularities or violations of test policies or guidelines, upholding the integrity of the testing process.
  • Provide alternative testing options, such as reading or scribing tests, to ensure equal access for students with disabilities.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state mandates, as well as external testing company requirements.
  • Efficiently monitor and dismiss candidates as exams are completed, ensuring a timely and organized testing process.
  • Ensure all testing materials are secured and maintained in a confidential manner.
