- Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

- Certifications and Licenses: State Life and Health license, FINRA SIE, Series 6, and Series 63.
- Personal Qualities: High level of integrity, strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to analyze client needs.
