Job Title: Event Marketer

Leaf Home is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Event Marketer to represent our brand at various consumer-facing events throughout the designated territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building brand awareness and generating sales leads through face-to-face interactions with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend and participate in consumer-facing events, including home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events.
  • Interact with event attendees, provide informative product demonstrations, and generate sales leads.
  • Utilize proven sales techniques and training resources to overcome objections and close sales.
  • Transport, assemble, and disassemble display equipment and marketing collateral as needed.
  • Submit sales leads at the conclusion of each event.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to actively listen and rebut objections and answer questions regarding the performance or quality of our products.
  • Must have a smartphone to use our timekeeping application and submit leads.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to engage attendees, obtain their interest, and present a product demonstration.
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings.
  • Must be outgoing, friendly, and energetic.
  • Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service and/or sales.
  • Experience in the home improvement industry.
