Key Responsibilities- Assist in the triaging of incoming prescriptions and the delivery of filled prescriptions to patients
- Verify and gather necessary patient information, including name, address, phone number, date of birth, allergies, chronic conditions, and insurance information
- Assess the workload, establish the prescription pick-up time, and queue the prescription for processing
- Perform cash register duties within the Pharmacy Department and provide quality customer service to all customers
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all patient information and adhere to State and Federal requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
- Preferred: AS Degree or Higher Required
- Vermont Employees: Registered with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy Technician
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors, including relevant skills, years of experience, and education. KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state, and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.
