Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at Steelcase. As a key member of our Dealer Business Tools team, you will be responsible for the technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support of systems using modern cloud hosted solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow coding standards and look for opportunities to improve code quality and system performance.
  • Be an active member of an agile team, providing input on technical details, reviewing/decomposing/writing story cards, participating in agile events, and occasionally demoing work to stakeholders.
  • Understand and maintain proper security controls, including interacting with automated security scanning tools and third-party penetration testing.
  • Be involved in reviewing and approving code completed by other developers.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Uphold Steelcase core values.
