Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
- Product Knowledge: Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
- Frame Selection: Assist patients in the selection of frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to ensure the perfect vision solution.
- Measurement and Consultation: Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
- Store Environment: Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
- Appearance and Organization: Take pride in the appearance of the store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
- Skills: Familiarity with point of sale system, computers, and calculators with basic phone and math skills. Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
- Communication: Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
