Job Title: HVAC Fabrication Supervisor

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Overview

Gulfstream Strategic Placements is seeking an experienced HVAC Fabrication Supervisor to lead production operations in our Las Vegas fabrication shop. As the HVAC Fabrication Supervisor, you will oversee the construction of HVAC sheet metal products and custom components, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high-quality standards while coordinating with teams to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement daily QA plans to ensure all production meets quality standards.
  • Address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.

Scheduling & Work Planning:

  • Coordinate daily work activities to meet production schedules.
  • Allocate resources efficiently across multiple projects.

Safety & Cleanliness:

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Safety Manager to ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Production & Personnel Management:

  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Set production goals and manage team performance.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • 5-10 years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing, with a preference for HVAC experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Local and stable work history required.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of Autodesk Fabrication or similar software is preferred.
