Job SummaryAs a Valet attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring every vehicle is parked safely and efficiently. You will also provide exceptional customer service, explain valet rates, and observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver on our promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently and proactively communicating with clients.
- Inspect every vehicle before parking it and note all findings.
- Explain valet rates to customers and assist with additional duties as assigned.
The estimated salary range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50 per hour. Eligible employees will participate in various benefits plans, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, long/short term disability, life insurance, accident insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
Requirements- A valid state driver's license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
- The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.
- Availability to work special shifts if needed.
- Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
- The ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
