Highly Skilled CRNA Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at Ascend Medical. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $228,445, which includes a base salary of $165,000 annually, plus additional compensation for call hours, CME funds, and a commencement bonus. The projected total compensation package offers a competitive rate for this role in the industry.
Job DescriptionThis CRNA opportunity is a permanent position with a rotating schedule of 2 weeks on, 1 week off. Monday through Friday, the typical working hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, although these may vary based on the caseload for the day. On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the CRNA will be on call only. Post-call weekdays are scheduled workdays, as overnights are generally light, and if the night was busy, the post-call CRNA is the first one to be dismissed for the day to rest based on caseload and anesthetists staffing for the day.
Schedule and Time OffThe CRNA will work 34 or 35 weeks per year, with unscheduled weeks varying between 17 or 18 weeks per year for personal time, vacation, CME, and holidays combined. Although there is no formal vacation or holiday time, the biweekly pay includes compensation for the number of clinical hours worked, plus an additional payment to account for vacation time, holidays, and CME.

- Call Compensation: $23/hour or $345 for 15 hours (5P-7A) on weekdays, and $28.33/hour or $680 for 24 hours (7A-7A) on weekends and holidays
