Aerospace Quality Assurance Inspector:

Key Responsibilities:
Perform first article evaluations on initial components from machinery.
Document and log dimensional results accurately.
Collaborate with team leaders and setup machinists to assess inspection outcomes.
Conduct regular in-process evaluations.
Execute established CMM programs proficiently.

Essential Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in aerospace inspection within a manufacturing setting.

Thorough knowledge of ANSI Y 14.5 and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT) is essential.

Proficient in using measurement tools such as micrometers, optical comparators, height gauges, and profilometers.

CMM experience is mandatory (familiarity with PCDMIS, QC5000, and Brown and Sharpe Reflex is preferred).

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and maintain a seated or standing position for up to 8 hours daily.

Must successfully pass a drug screening.
