Our commitment is to deliver exceptional, patient-focused care to individuals who have faced functional impairments due to injuries or health conditions. Our dedicated team performs thorough assessments to identify each patient's specific requirements, subsequently designing a comprehensive rehabilitation program that incorporates the latest therapeutic techniques and advanced technologies to facilitate their recovery journey. Our mission is to assist our patients in achieving optimal recovery and regaining their desired level of independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate a tailored rehabilitation strategy aimed at helping patients restore their well-being through therapeutic exercises and/or the utilization of assistive devices.
  • Provide updates on patient progress or challenges to supervisors and collaborate with team members; educate family members or nursing staff on follow-up care protocols.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards.
  • Ensure that equipment and workspaces are kept in a safe and orderly condition.
  • Execute job duties in alignment with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, relevant professional standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • Degree from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy.
  • Valid and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

With a proven track record of successful partnerships and management agreements, Lifepoint Rehabilitation collaborates with healthcare facilities to effectively address patient needs, enhance employee satisfaction, and achieve long-term quality outcomes for the organization. Compensation range: $48-55 per hour. While this range reflects the expected pay for this position, certain circumstances may allow for variations outside of this range.
