The Projex Group is a leading provider of innovative learning solutions, and we're seeking a skilled Instructional Designer/Developer to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will play a critical role in designing and developing engaging and effective training programs that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop training strategies, designs, and oversees the development of training initiatives.
- Design and develop interactive and effective eLearning and performance support resources using instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or Agile.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create high-quality training content.
- Supervise the work of development resources and ensure timely delivery of training projects.
- Write and edit training materials, and post them to our on-demand learning area.
Requirements
- Experience in applying instructional design methodologies to create interactive and effective eLearning and performance support resources.
- Basic understanding of authoring tools capabilities, including Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Articulate Storyline360, Adobe Creative Suite, XML, SCORM, and HTML5.
- Personal adaptability to flex with evolving business needs and change.
- Proven knowledge of development and delivery methodologies.
- Great design eye that pays close attention to layout and detail.
- Ability to QA and troubleshoot technical delivery issues across multiple platforms and devices.
- Ability to work independently on required project tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Master's Degree in Instructional Technology or a related field (preferred).
- Banking and Financial experience (preferred).
