Position Overview: Service Technician

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Working Hours: 6:30 am to 3:30 pm (may vary)
  • Overtime: Occasionally required
  • Compensation: Based on experience
  • Qualifications: At least 1 year of practical experience in roofing repairs, especially with flat and low slope metal roofs, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and Mod Bit. Must be comfortable working at heights, able to lift up to 75 pounds, possess a clean driving record, hold a valid driver's license, and obtain OSHA 10 certification within a designated timeframe. A background check will be conducted.
  • Education Requirement: High School Diploma
  • Reporting Structure: Reports to the Foreman
  • Application Process: References are required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct repairs on various roofing systems, both sloped and flat, with minimal oversight, emphasizing expertise in flat and low slope metal roofs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address customer repair needs.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at job sites.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
