Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an 18-month rolling forecast by SKU for assigned channels and brands. You will use demand planning systems to generate statistical base forecasts and ensure all additional intelligence is added with key assumptions documented. Additionally, you will partner with key parties to gather forecast inputs based on functional expertise, influence and drive alignment with Marketing, Sales, Customers, and Finance to create new product launch forecasts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts for assigned channels and brands.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather forecast inputs and drive alignment.
  • Analyze sales trends and business drivers to create accurate topline and bottoms-up demand sku forecasts.
  • Implement consistent and profitable in-season replenishment strategies and practices.
  • Present strategies, opportunities, risks, and business updates to management and business partners.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 6 years wholesale or retail planning, buying, and/or supply chain experience. You should also possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Experience with S&OP and forecasting processes in a CPG environment is highly desirable. The salary range for this position is $73,000 - $119,000, depending on your geographic location.
