Key Responsibilities- Medication Administration: Accurately and promptly implement physicians' orders, administering medications and performing treatments for assigned residents.
- Supervision and Guidance: Supervise, direct, and evaluate junior staff members and CNAs, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document the resident's condition and nursing needs, reporting and recording pertinent observations and reactions regarding residents.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in orientation and in-service training for personnel, assisting physicians with special tests and procedures within the scope of state specified Nursing Practice Act.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid Medication Technician certification in the state employed and valid CPR certification.
- Experience: One year experience in nursing preferred.
