JOB DESCRIPTION: In the role of a Licensed Crisis Screener, your primary duty will be to effectively address urgent situations in diverse environments such as residences, educational institutions, or any community setting. REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferred licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist in accordance with Chapter 491 Florida Statutes.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License and eligibility for vehicle use.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate Emergency/Crisis Intervention services and improve collaboration between Crisis/Emergency Services and inpatient care facilities for optimal service delivery.
- Perform initial evaluations at the crisis center.
- Work three 12-hour shifts, either from 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am.
- Participate in weekend duty rotations.
Make a significant impact in the field of behavioral health.
