Job Opportunity

A Plus Tree, LLC is seeking a skilled Tree Climber to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently climbing trees to perform removal, trimming, and rigging operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough pre-climb tree risk inspections to ensure a safe working environment
  • Utilize industry-standard climbing techniques, gear, and basic rigging to ascend and descend trees
  • Maintain a high level of physical fitness to navigate tree canopies with ease and precision
  • Perform proper cuts aloft in trees while adhering to strict safety protocols
  • Operate hand tools and power tools with precision and care while working at heights
  • Collaborate with a team to achieve common goals and maintain a positive attitude
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • At least one year of professional tree-climbing experience
  • Passion for tree work, customer service, and teamwork
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds or more and work in various weather conditions
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible scheduling
  • At least 18 years of age
