We are seeking highly skilled Polywrap Operators to join our team at Quad in Lomira, WI. As a global marketing experience company, we strive to help our clients succeed every day by streamlining solutions and enhancing their marketing spend effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience running polywrap operations, postal regulations, and inkjet knowledge. Additionally, they must possess excellent attendance records, a positive attitude, and demonstrated leadership abilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining mailing machines, training and directing crew members, and assisting shift supervisors as needed.

We offer an estimated salary range of $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience, and a benefits package that includes 401(k), holidays, vacations, and more. Our compressed work schedule allows for a balance between work and family life, with rotating shifts (7 a.m.-7 p.m. or 7 p.m.-7 a.m.) including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
