Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Lodge and Spa at Three Forks Ranch. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred
