Key Responsibilities
- Performing window cleaning, gutter maintenance, and pressure washing services.
- Identifying opportunities to up-sell and suggest additional services to clients.
Vehicle Responsibility and Safety:
Maintain vehicle inventory and track maintenance. Adhere to responsible driving practices including seatbelt use, avoiding hard braking, and adhering to speed limits.
Job Performance Safety Requirements:
Proper footwear and compliance with ladder safety protocols are essential.
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in manual labor with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs. Required to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours. Must have at least 2 years of experience working with ladders.
Demonstrated history of providing excellent customer service (minimum 2 years).
Availability to work Monday through Saturday and willingness to work extended hours is necessary.
Must be a dedicated worker, both mentally and physically.
Salary range between $35,000 and $50,000, with benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
