Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse student population and provide exceptional educational services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
- Provide high-quality therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress and ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of student evaluations, treatment, and progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals that align with the student's needs.
- Educate and support school staff and parents on best practices in speech and language development and disorders.
- Stay current with industry advancements and best practices in speech-language pathology.
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Pennsylvania Department of Education certification as a Speech and Language Impaired Specialist.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
