About the Role

The Maintenance Person is a key member of our team at The Savage Group, responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior of our McDonald's restaurants are clean and well-maintained. As a Maintenance Person, you will work closely with management to achieve outstanding cleanliness and maintain restaurant equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily oil fryer filtering
  • Maintain the outside grounds, including landscaping and waste management
  • Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
  • Unload delivery trucks twice a week
  • Empty trash compactors and replace liners
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
  • Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds
