It is expected that this role will demand significant commitment beyond standard working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in monthly Leadership Team meetings and Educational Leadership Coordinator gatherings, contribute to sub-committees as required, and facilitate the exchange of insights between staff and administration.
  2. Organize and lead regular meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure accurate documentation of meeting minutes.
  3. Collaborate with department members to assess needs related to curriculum and supplementary resources, and communicate these needs to the Curriculum Director for consideration during administrative meetings.

Support and Communication:

  1. Upon the arrival of new team members, initiate communication to introduce yourself, provide an overview of district resources, and assist with any inquiries.
  2. Offer ongoing support and guidance to colleagues within the department throughout the academic year.
  3. Maintain an updated directory of all team members, including contact information, and distribute this information to ensure effective communication.
