About the Role

Main Responsibilities:

  2. Communication and Coordination: Anticipate and communicate the CEO's needs, prioritizing effectively across internal and external contacts for maximum efficiency and deadline management.
  3. Schedule Management: Utilize extreme attention to detail to monitor, adapt, and maintain the CEO's schedule, ensuring optimal prioritization and calendar management.
  4. Client Relationship Development: As a trusted contact for our portfolio of clients, participate actively in meetings, strategize on projects, and develop and nurture client relationships.

About You

We are looking for an experienced individual with the following qualifications:

  1. Experience: A degreed professional with over eight years of work experience in high-intensity, fast-paced work environments, with previous Chief of Staff experience required.
  2. Organization and Communication: Highly organized and collaborative, with excellent communication skills, able to manage multiple moving parts while staying on track with current tasks and anticipating future tasks.
  3. Judgment and Trustworthiness: Eager and trustworthy, exercising good judgment regarding confidential and sensitive information, and striving to constantly improve and help those around you.
  4. Leadership Experience: Mature leaders with previous supervisory experience, able to pivot working across varying levels of the firm.
  5. Availability and Flexibility: Devoted professionals who are driven in their role and available to support leadership at every turn, requiring flexible schedules and overtime when needed.
