Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Shift Preparation: Set up daily par/prep and organize the daily work station to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
  • Dishwashing and Sanitation: Operate the dishwashing machine, sink pot scrub station, and all ware washing set-up to maintain a clean and sanitized environment.
  • Waste Management: Dispose of all food waste, trash receptacles, and break down boxes and larger containers to be placed in dumpsters.
  • Floor Care: Sweep and mop kitchen floors, walk-ins, storerooms, employee break room, and kitchen office as directed.
  • Food Preparation and Storage: Prepare and store all food items necessary to operate the kitchen in adherence with Clubcorp quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and procurement of all goods purchased by the kitchen in an orderly fashion in accordance with safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate with Chef(s) when special products are needed or having problems with equipment and tools. Assist fellow Employee Partners, Members, and guests to ensure delivery of the 3 steps of service without being directed.
