Retail Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Associate - Member Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves, and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Assist members with their purchases, answering questions and providing product information as needed.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
• Maintain a safe and secure store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
