Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing automation solutions for various capital projects.
- Designing control systems and producing comprehensive project documentation.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing automation-related issues.
- Collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Configuring software and hardware to meet specific client requirements.
- Programming PLCs and HMI/SCADA systems.
- Communicating project progress to stakeholders effectively.
- Managing engineering projects and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Overseeing site construction and installation activities.
- Providing support during the start-up phase of integrated control systems.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in control systems and automation within high-pressure environments.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, particularly in industrial manufacturing.
- Expertise in designing and implementing automation control systems.
- Strong understanding of control panel design and engineering documentation.
- Familiarity with field instrumentation and control system installation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A willingness to travel as required for project execution.
- A degree in electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering or a related field.
