In this role, you will be the first point of contact for pet parents and their furry friends, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all.
- As a Pet Parent Liaison, you will be responsible for greeting pet parents and their dogs, answering questions, and providing information about our services.
- You will also be responsible for checking dogs in and out of daycare, sharing information about our packages and memberships, and building relationships with pet parents.
