Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a DSP, you will work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support and assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, and community integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living tasks
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Encourage community participation and engagement
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
