Job Summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Specialist. This is a contract, days position that requires a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience in Rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a Rehabilitation setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and functional ability.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Rehabilitation.
  • Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license within the state of practice.
